El Dorado Guard Decides on Titans

Jill Matyuch, a senior guard from El Dorado High School, has made a verbal commitment to attend Cal State Fullerton on a basketball scholarship and will sign a national letter of intent Nov. 13.

Matyuch, 5-foot 8-inches, averaged 22 points and 10 rebounds last year for the Golden Hawks, who finished 12-10 and were eliminated by Kennedy in a CIF Southern Section wild-card playoff game. She has been on the varsity team four years and a starter for three.
