Mike McCaskey, president of the Chicago Bears, said that despite fears of terrorism, he is optimistic that his club’s exhibition game against the Dallas Cowboys in London this summer can go on as scheduled.
“This team is my family,” he said. “I wouldn’t put my family on a plane where there was a security problem.”
The game is scheduled for Aug. 3 at Wembley Stadium, where officials say a crowd of 80,000 is possible.
