El Toro High, coming off an impressive 21-0 victory over Westminster, is the top-ranked team. Edison, ranked first last week, slipped to second despite a 14-7 victory over previously unbeaten Servite.

Three Empire League teams--Esperanza, Los Alamitos and Loara--are in this week’s poll. Fifth-ranked Esperanza plays host to 10th-ranked Loara on Friday night in Placentia’s Bradford Stadium in the week’s featured game.
