Nobody is more surprised that Clairemont High School has gotten off to a fast start this season than Coach Greg Lee.

Thursday night, Clairemont improved to 7-1 with an 80-76 victory over Castle Park at Clairemont High.

“A year ago, Castle Park beat us by 48 points,” Lee said. “I had a lot of young players last year and I just decided to let them learn by playing.”
