Glendale to Play in Dec. 5 Bowl

The Glendale College football team has accepted a bid to play Antelope Valley in the Southern California Bowl on Dec. 5 at Antelope Valley.

Glendale (5-4) was the Western State Conference co-champion with Bakersfield. Antelope Valley (9-2) won the Southern California Conference. The Marauders’ defense, which is ranked No. 2 in the state, allows 190.2 yards per game.

Antelope Valley is ranked 11th in the state by the JC Athletic Bureau and Glendale is ranked 18th.
