Howard to Play Football at Hawaii
San Fernando High defensive back Tommy Howard, who had five interceptions for the Tigers last season, has signed a letter of intent with Hawaii.
Howard, who also played wide receiver, had 40 receptions for 638 yards (16.0 per catch) and 7 touchdowns.
Howard (6-0, 180) joins two former Kennedy players, quarterback Jeff Newman and lineman Akili Calhoun, at Hawaii.
