Rancho Santiago Win Is Record-Setting
Don Sneddon became the winningest baseball coach in Rancho Santiago College history as the Dons defeated Riverside, 8-0, Saturday in an Orange Empire Conference game at Rancho Santiago.
Sneddon, who is in his seventh season, has a career record of 187-64-1. He passed Roger Wilson (186-217-6), who coached from 1961 to 1974.
Mike Gonzales had four hits and four RBIs and hit a three-run home run and Brett Snyder had four hits, including a solo home run in the eighth, for Rancho Santiago (17-3, 2-0).
