Browns’ Mack Arrested on Drug Charge
Running back Kevin Mack of the Cleveland Browns was arrested Wednesday when Cleveland police found him in possession of 10 to 12 packages of a white powdery substance suspected to be cocaine.
Cmdr. Robert Bolton said that Mack, 26, was arrested without incident in a neighborhood with a reputation for drug trafficking. Two men and a woman riding in Mack’s car were also taken into custody. Police said they saw Mack involved in what they believed to be a drug transaction, adding that they found a pipe and vial of the type used to cook cocaine powder in his possession.
