Notre Dame 33, St. Bernard 6--Playing without star running back Errol Small, the Knights amassed 350 yards on offense and coasted to an easy victory over visiting St. Bernard (2-3). Small, who has scored nine touchdowns and is fourth in the Valley with 570 rushing yards, was sidelined because of a thigh contusion incurred in last week’s loss to Canyon.

Junior running back Fano Malieitulua filled in and rushed for 144 yards in 20 carries and scored on a 28-yard pass reception and a three-yard run. Greg Andrachick completed six of 15 passes for 124 yards and two touchdowns for Notre Dame (4-1).
