Sullivan, Hartin Lead Volleyball All-Stars

Players of the Year Erik Sullivan of San Dieguito High and Aaron Hartin of University City High will lead the first 3-A/2-A county all-star boys’ volleyball game at 7 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Carmel High.

This is the first year there has been a postseason 3-A/2-A game. It is sponsored by the San Diego Volleyball Assn.

3-A standouts include UCLA-bound Sullivan, teammate Matt Fleming, Tim Page of Mar Vista and John Hyden of Mt. Carmel. Joining Hartin on the 2-A team are teammate Tevya Weinthal, Bruce Williams and Rob Foley of San Pasqual and Ala Mikaele of Lincoln.

Tickets are $2 for adults; $1 for children under 12.
