Thousand Oaks to Play Hart

Thousand Oaks High football Coach Bob Richards said Wednesday that the Lancers will play Hart on Sept. 20, filling the final slot on their 1991 schedule.

“We’re 99% sure, it’s just a matter of getting the contracts signed,” Richards said.

Thousand Oaks, the defending Marmonte League champion, will play host to Foothill League power Hart in its second game. Thousand Oaks will open the season Sept. 13 at Saugus and its third nonleague game will be against Canyon at Thousand Oaks on a date yet to be determined.
