COLLEGE ROUNDUP : SCC Splits Doubleheader With Cal Lutheran
Southern California College split a doubleheader with Cal Lutheran in nonconference softball Thursday. Southern California College won the first game, 4-1, and lost the second game, 4-2.
Pitcher Ixelle Kistler gave up six hits, struck out three and walked three to lead host SCC in the first game. Diana Franklin had two hits and an RBI for SCC in the second game. SCC is 11-9.
In California Collegiate Athletic Assn. baseball:
Cal State Los Angeles 7, Chapman 2--Chris Anderson had a hit and one RBI for Chapman (8-23, 4-9) at Hart Park.
