Littlerock 21, Yucca Valley 14--Quarterback Mitch Casey and tight end Juan Estrada of Littlerock (2-0) took advantage of Yucca Valley’s eight-man front, combining on scoring passes of 31 and 80 yards.

Yucca Valley (0-2) took a 6-0 lead in its initial series but Casey and Estrada answered with the 31-yard hookup on Littlerock’s first possession to tie the score, 6-6. The Lobos took the lead for good in the second quarter when fullback John Venema scored from the one-yard line.

Casey, who was three of 14 for 118 yards and threw two interceptions, teamed with Estrada for the 80-yard score with 10:28 left.
