Nebraska will not be forced to forfeit two Big Eight Conference football games and the 1991 league co-championship because of an ineligible player, Big Eight officials announced. Nebraska’s allowing backup fullback Omar Soto to play was the result of an inadvertent error, officials said in a news release.
