Edison’s Lamson Added to South All-Stars

Mark Lamson of Edison High School, a 5-foot-11, 215-pound outside linebacker, has been added to the South team that will participate in the 33rd Orange County all-star football game July 10 at Orange Coast College.

Lamson replaces Edison tight end Rod Lippincott, who quit the team last week. The South will continue daily workouts at 5 p.m. at Mater Dei and have an intrasquad scrimmage at 9 a.m. Saturday.
