Fillmore 25, Brethren Christian 6--A dominating ground game propelled Fillmore (1-1) past visiting Brethren Christian (0-2).
Fillmore rushed for 289 yards. Felix Zuniga scored three touchdowns and gained 131 yards in 22 carries. Running back Isaac Jimenez added 112 yards in 14 carries and quarterback Phillip Chessani gained 56 yards and scored a touchdown.
