Buena 36, Dos Pueblos 23--Filling in for star running back George Keiaho, who was sidelined because of an injured ankle, junior Johnny Chang rushed for 195 yards in 26 carries and two touchdowns as the Bulldogs (2-2) won their league opener at Ventura High.
Quarterback Aaron Triana complemented the running of Chang by passing for touchdowns of 63 yards to Lance Caldwell and 15 yards to Gary Lipp as Buena built a 29-7 lead.
Triana completed five of nine for 120 yards.
Quarterback Armando Gonzalez was 14 of 23 for 177 yards and a touchdown for the Chargers (0-4).
