Quartz Hill 41, Burbank 14--Quarterback Brad Norris completed 20 of 34 passes for 365 yards and four touchdowns to lead Quartz Hill (2-0) at Burbank.

Norris connected with Troy Searcy for touchdown passes of 44 and 43 yards and also hit Tim Barnett for a 30-yard touchdown and Andy Rethi for a seven-yard touchdown. Searcy led all receivers with six catches for 182 yards and also rushed three times for 60 yards, including touchdowns of 16 and 36 yards.

Burbank (1-1) was led by Willy Perryman, who caught seven passes for 93 yards including a 23-yard touchdown. Perryman also had one sack, a fumble recovery and batted down three passes.

Burbank’s Brian Casey completed 20 of 38 passes for 247 yards and two touchdowns.
