WEEKEND TV : World Series Returns on Two Networks
The World Series, which was canceled for the first time in 90 years last year because of the baseball strike, returns this weekend when the American League champion Cleveland Indians take on the Atlanta Braves of the National League on ABC and NBC.
Game 1 starts today at 4 p.m. on Channels 7, 3 and 42. Game 2 will be televised Sunday at the same time on Channels 4 and 36.
Ross Perot talks about the changes in politics and the need for a third party on “Bob Navarro’s Journal,” Sunday at 9:30 a.m. on KCBS-TV Channel 2.
