Minnesota Viking defensive coordinator Tony Dungy has emerged as the leading candidate for the Tampa Bay Buccaneer coaching job. Dungy met with General Manager Rich McKay last week before the East-West Shrine game in Palo Alto, Calif., and talked with Tampa Bay again Monday. . . . San Francisco 49er fullback William Floyd underwent a third knee ligament reconstruction over the weekend and is expected to be ready for next season. Floyd dislocated his right knee while making a tackle on a fumble return Oct. 29 against New Orleans.
