The Southern Section has ruled that a Golden League match Jan. 9 between Highland and Quartz Hill highs will not be replayed.
Quartz Hill protested Highland’s 2-0 victory because an official misapplied the rules, but the section ruled that Quartz Hill did not follow the correct procedure in making the appeal.
