Jose Parra hopes to become the first wrestler at Bell to place at the state meet, which will be held this weekend in Stockton. The senior won his second City Section individual title in a row at 125 pounds last Saturday, improving his season record to 25-1. In three seasons on the varsity, Parra, who has a 3.0 grade-point average, is 70-12.
