Outlook: The Chargers are lead by two of the county’s finest all-around athletes, O’Bric and Philman. O’Bric was third in the state meet triple jump a year ago with a best effort of 39 feet 3/4 inch. Philman advanced to the state meet final in the shot put, but is also one of the county’s leaders in the discus (139 feet), 100-meter low hurdles (15.02 wind-aided) and high jump (5-4). Anderson has run 57.65 in the 400 and 2:17.93 in the 800. Marshall ran 59.75 over 400 meters a year ago.
