The state Olympic Development Program tryouts for boys’ and girls’ soccer have been postponed until March 7-8, according to Bela Bircsak, the state director for boys’ ODP.

The tryouts, which were originally scheduled this weekend at the Kern County Soccer Complex, were canceled because of bad field conditions due to the recent storms. Sites for the March tryouts are not set, but the San Bernardino Soccer Complex is a possibility. A decision is expected this weekend.
