* Woodbridge at Sunny Hills, 3 p.m. Thursday: Woodbridge easily defeated Troy, the Freeway League champion, in the second round. But nothing is coming easy for ranked teams in these Southern Section playoffs. Seven of Orange County’s top 10 teams were upset in the first two rounds. So even though Woodbridge has won its first two games in the Division II playoffs by combined scores of 9-2, the Warriors should beware of Sunny Hills (13-10-2), which has defeated Whittier La Serna and Bellflower St. John Bosco in the first two rounds.
