Caught 63 passes for 1,423 yards and 18 touchdowns for the Southern Section Division III semifinalists. Set a school record with 275 receiving yards against Loyola.

Foothill League Co-MVP carried on the tradition of solid Hart quarterbacks by passing for 3,053 yards and 26 touchdowns. Threw a touchdown pass in every game and had four touchdown passes twice.

This two-way lineman helped pave the way for an offense that averaged 342 yards and finished third among 17 area City teams. As defensive end, recorded seven sacks in three playoff games.

Two-way starter is a three-time All-Valley Pac-8 Conference selection who led Huskies in tackles and blocked four field goals. He was the centerpiece for a defense ranked No. 5 among 17 area City schools.

Among region’s best tacklers and most intense players, Bentley was a standout despite double-teams and plays being run away from him. He also started at fullback.

Emotional leader of the Toreadors, started three seasons at inside linebacker and forced several key turnovers the past two seasons.

Blossomed when switched from cornerback this season; caused key turnover that led to 3-A championship for Conquistadores. Also caught 40 passes and scored 12 touchdowns.

Led Hart defense with 108 tackles. All-Foothill League selection also had five fumble recoveries and two interceptions.

The Pacific League’s co-defensive player of the year, intercepted three passes and was tackling machine for league’s best defense.

Two-way standout led team to fifth consecutive section semifinal. Intercepted two passes, threw for 12 touchdowns and ran for 13 touchdowns.

Back
Versatile player led the region with 12 interceptions and 222 return yards and was region’s second-leading City receiver with 47 catches and seven touchdowns. Converted 45 of 51 point-after conversions.

Lineman
Towering over opponents from his defensive tackle position, Foster was the anchor for a defense that allowed an average of 169 yards per game. He also started at tight end.

John Harrison / Hart
5-11, 220, Senior
Lineman
Had 92 tackles, including 16 sacks, for the Indians and also had 18 rushing touchdowns as a short-yardage running back. Shined in a playoff game against Palmdale when he had 10 tackles and two sacks.

Derek Brown / Highland
5-11, 166, Senior
Kicker
Made eight of 16 field-goal attempts. Of eight misses, six were from beyond 50 yards, including a 68-yard attempt. Another was blocked.
