Glendale 19, South Pasadena 16--Carlos Gutierrez threw for 210 yards and three touchdowns, completing 21 of 36, to lead the Nitros at South Pasadena.
Gutierrez connected on two 20-yard touchdown passes to Angelo Walker, including one in the third quarter, that put Glendale (2-1) ahead, 13-9.
Walker caught eight passes for 96 yards and Rami Burpee had five catches for 47 yards, including a five-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter.
