First Team

ALEXIS ARNOLD / Hart, Senior

Arnold fired a one-over-par 73 to lead Hart to 10th place in the Southern Section team championships at Temeku Hills Golf Club in Temecula and her six-over-par 78 tied her for 16th in the section’s individual tournament at Mission Lakes Country Club in Desert Hot Springs. She averaged 3.6 strokes over par per nine holes.

SARA JONES / Hart, Sophomore

Jones struggled to rounds of 84 and 85 in the Southern Section team and individual championships, but she was Hart’s top golfer in 12 of 18 matches and she and Arnold tied for first twice. She averaged 2.8 strokes over par for nine holes and shot a seven-over-par 79 in the CIF-Women’s Southern California Golf Assn. tournament at The Members’ Club in Murietta.

EMMA STACHOWICZ / Harvard-Westlake, Sophomore

Stachowicz fired an even-par 72 in the Southern Section team championships to help Harvard-Westlake to a runner-up finish, and her five-over-par 77 tied her for 18th in the CIF-WSCGA tournament. She averaged 3.9 strokes over par for nine holes.

Second Team

BETH ALLEN / Nordhoff, Senior

The two-time Tri-Valley League champion tied for 10th in the Southern Section individual championships with a five-over-par 77 and averaged 40.6 strokes for nine holes.

MOAH CHANG / Burbank, Sophomore

Chang was the runner-up to Jones in the Foothill League final and shot an 84 in the Southern Section individual tournament.

JENNIFER MARSHALL / La Reina, Senior

Marshall was the runner-up in the Tri-Valley League championships for the second consecutive season and averaged 41.5 strokes per nine holes.

JULIE MCKENNA / Newbury Park, Sophomore

McKenna won her second consecutive Marmonte League title, shot an 82 in the CIF-WSCGA championships and an 83 in the Southern Section individual tournament.

A golfer must be a member of her school’s girls’ team in order to be eligible for all-region honors.
