7 TONIGHT LA HABRA HIGH
Fullerton would like to knock off La Habra for two reasons: to win the Freeway League title and avenge last season’s 24-22 loss to the Highlanders on a last-second field goal. La Habra, the defending league champion, will look for balanced play from quarterback Mike Keeling and running back Brent West. Keeling’s late touchdown pass last week lifted the Highlanders over Troy. Fullerton quarterback Michael Echaves has had only two passes intercepted, but he should throw away from La Habra’s John Tapia, who has five interceptions.
