Wildfire Scorches 200 Acres in Los Padres

A fire that started Saturday afternoon in Los Padres National Forest north of Ojai blackened about 200 acres.
The fire was reported about 3 p.m. in a forested area south of Pine Mountain Summit in the far northern reaches of Ventura County, forest officials said.
There are no homes nearby and no reported injuries as of late Saturday, but authorities had closed California 33 between Rose Valley and Pine Mountain roads.
The fire had not been contained as of 8 p.m. Saturday and the cause remained under investigation.
