A winner of six of 10 starts in 2002, Ddf De Great Saiga seeks her first win of this year in tonight’s $15,000 Lake Forest Handicap.

Owned by Miguel Martinez and trained by Adan Farias, the 4-year-old Idaho bred mare has been idle since finishing fourth behind Whosleavingwho in a trial for the Los Alamitos Winter Championship.

Successful in eight of 21 lifetime, the daughter of Floyd De Great has run well fresh before and three of her last four victories have come at 350 yards, the distance of the Lake Forest.
