GIRLS’ TENNIS
Michelle Murphy and Leslie Bullock: Murphy swept, 6-0, 6-1, 6-0, and Bullock swept, 6-0, 6-0, 6-0, in a 12-6 nonleague victory over Edison.
Carolyn Hata, Whittier: Swept her singles sets, 7-6, 6-3, 6-2, to give Whittier the nonleague victory on games, 84-76, against Norwalk.

Erin Stashi, Palm Desert: Shot a one-over-par 37 at Desert Willow Golf Resort for the No. 3-ranked Aztecs in a 211-215 nonleague victory over No. 8 Murrieta Valley.
Jane Chin, Marina: Shot a two-under-par 34 at Meadowlark Golf Course to lead the No. 4 Vikings in a 210-215 nonleague victory over Torrey Pines.
