No. 3 Anaheim Servite (6-0, 1-0) vs. No. 23 Bellflower St. John Bosco (4-2, 0-1) at Cerritos College, 7:30 p.m. — Vying for a second consecutive berth in a state championship bowl game, Servite has shown few weaknesses on the way to winning its first six games. Only one team — Huntington Beach Edison — has come within a touchdown of the Friars, who are outscoring opponents by an average of 34 points per game. Servite blocked a pair of punts and scored 41 consecutive points last week during a 41-7 triumph over San Juan Capistrano JSerra that marked the first time the Friars had trailed this season. St. John Bosco held a 20-17 lead over Santa Ana Mater Dei in the fourth quarter last week before the Monarchs scored the game’s final 14 points. Two-way star Bryce Treggs had an interception and a 60-yard touchdown catch for the Braves. The pick: Servite.

No. 6 Mission Hills Alemany (6-0, 0-0) at Encino Crespi (5-2, 0-1), 7 p.m. — Since there are no at-large playoff berths in the Pac-5 Division this season, Alemany must continue its winning ways in the Serra League to ensure itself of a spot in the postseason. The Warriors, who did not play last week, have had two weeks to formulate a plan to stop record-setting Crespi quarterback Kenny Stenhouse and receiver Devin Lucien, who has 44 catches for 867 yards and 13 touchdowns. The Celts hope to give their new league rival a rude welcome. Crespi rallied from a 10-point halftime deficit to take a third-quarter lead over La Puente Bishop Amat last week before struggling to contain the Lancers’ running game in the fourth quarter. The pick: Alemany.

No. 7 Ventura St. Bonaventure (5-1, 4-1) at No. 21 Thousand Oaks (4-2, 3-2), 7 p.m. — St. Bonaventure’s Tanner Souza pulled off a hat trick of sorts last week against Agoura, scoring touchdowns on offense, on defense and on special teams to lead the Seraphs to a 56-6 rout. He had a 10-yard interception return for a touchdown, returned a punt 56 yards for another score and hauled in a 25-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Marc Evans. Thousand Oaks staged a furious rally against Westlake Village Oaks Christian last week. Trailing by 21 points entering the fourth quarter, the Lancers had a chance to tie the game on a two-point conversion with 36 seconds left before coming up short. Thousand Oaks quarterback Avondre Bollar has completed 66.3% of his passes for 861 yards and 10 touchdowns with only one interception. The pick: St. Bonaventure.

Hollywood (6-0) at Reseda (6-0), 7 p.m. — Both coaches have had to dig deep into the school archives to find the last time their respective programs won their first six games. Hollywood Coach Ceasar Sandoval is still digging. “I don’t think they have been 6-0,” he said of the Sheiks. Reseda Coach Alonso Arreola, who played for the Regents in the early 1990s, said this is the team’s best start since his affiliation with the school began. “It makes for a good story,” Arreola said. Hollywood features a prolific offense led by quarterback Jeremi Ross (953 yards passing, 10 touchdowns) and running back Luke Reynolds (941 yards, nine touchdowns). Reseda’s defense, anchored by linebacker Heber Silva, is giving up only 6.3 points per game. Regents quarterback Kwamhe Davis has dual receiving threats in Chris Walker and L.J. Willis. The pick: Reseda.
