Apple-litchi cocktail

Apple-litchi cocktail

Wash the mint and set aside four sprigs for garnish. In a cocktail shaker, muddle about 14 mint sprigs and 2 of the litchis with 3 ounces of the apple juice and 4 ounces of the vodka.


Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into two ice-filled glasses and garnish with fresh mint. Repeat with the remaining mint, litchis, apple juice and vodka to make two more cocktails.
