Red-Eyed Meat Marinade

Red-Eyed Meat Marinade

Place the coffee, onions, soy sauce, white wine, orange juice, molasses, salt and pepper in a blender and process, in batches if necessary.

Use this as a marinade for pork butt, rib-eye steak, prime rib or beef brisket. From “The Barbecue America Cookbook” by Rick Browne and Jack Bettridge (Lyons Press).
