Sauteed Spinach (Shigumchi Namul)

Sauteed Spinach (Shigumchi Namul)

Carefully wash the spinach; remove the stems and drain.

Heat the oil in a large, flat skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about a minute. Add half the spinach and cook until the leaves become limp. Add the rest of the spinach, and cook until wilted. Season with salt. Serve at room temperature or chilled, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
