Vegetable medley

Vegetable medley

Bring the water to boil and add the lima beans and peas. Cook them until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain the vegetables and place them in a serving bowl.

Cook the mushrooms in the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until tender, 5 to 6 minutes.

Pour over the hot vegetables. Season with salt and serve at once.
