Friday’s top high school football state bowl games

A look at the top high school football state bowl games on Friday at Sacramento State:

Division II-AA: Camarillo (15-0) vs. Loomis Del Oro (9-6), 4 p.m.

Camarillo’s high-scoring offense will be tough to stop. QB Jake Constantine has eight receivers ready to contribute. He has passed for a Ventura County record 49 touchdowns. Despite six losses, Del Oro’s tough schedule makes it a team not to underestimate. Junior QB Stone Smartt has passed for 2,485 yards and 17 TDs.

The pick: Camarillo.

Division I-AA: Mission Viejo (15-0) vs. San Jose Bellarmine (13-1), 8 p.m.

Sophomore receiver Austin Osborne (17 touchdown catches) has emerged as a big-play weapon for the Diablos, who have a 27-game win streak. Bellarmine ended Folsom’s 30-game win streak last week. There’s speed and talent throughout the lineup.

The pick: Bellarmine.
