Baseball: GameChanger allows fans to follow teams
For parents busy at work or alumni who want to keep track of their old high school, GameChanger is becoming a popular way to follow high school baseball and softball teams.
Available since 2010, GameChanger expects to have more than 130,000 baseball and softball teams using its software and website this year.
Scores can be seen for free, but there is a fee to follow live game updates.
Lots of teams are using iPads to keep scoring, and fans can follow along if they are not attending the game.
Media have come to rely on GameChanger, because it’s a quicker way to get results under deadline circumstances.
