Moises Ceja, a two-year standout pitcher for Granada Hills Kennedy, has committed to UCLA. He had 12 walks in 64 innings as a senior this past season while going 6-1. He has excellent grades and went head to head during the Valley Mission League with San Fernando standout Alonzo Garcia.
