Boys’ basketball: Aaron Holiday, Jordan Cohen lead Campbell Hall

The three-point shooting of Jordan Cohen (22 points) and the all-around play of Aaron Holiday (28 points) sparked Campbell Hall to a 74-70 victory over Brentwood on Tuesday in an Alpha League game. Colin Bell added 15 poins and 18 rebounds.

Tra Holder scored 28 points for Brentwood, which played without center Maxwell Kupchak, who had to sit out the game after being ejected in his previous game.

Sierrra Canyon stayed unbeaten in league play with a 72-46 win over Viewpoint. Ira Lee scored 13 points.

In the Olympic League, Village Christian defeated Valley Christian, 80-57. Bryan Alberts made his season debut, playing about 12 minutes and scoring 11 points after sitting out because of an injury. Bear Henderson had 24 points. Tey Williams scored 15 points in Maranatha’s 45-38 win over Whittier Christian.

In the Foothill League, Lewis Stallworth scored 19 points and Myle Franklin 17 to lead Hart past Saugus, 72-48. West Ranch defeated Canyon, 44-39.

In the Baseline League, Glendora defeated Upland, 63-56. It was victory No. 800 for Glendora Coach Mike LeDuc.

In the Bay League, Redondo defeated Mira Costa, 64-40. Terrell Carter had 22 points.
