Football: Corona Centennial sticks with its two quarterbacks rotation
- Share via
Coaches are never thrilled with playing two quarterbacks during a game or rotating them. That can disrupt the timing of the offense. But Corona Centennial Coach Matt Logan is proving that it can be done successfully.
Since the opening game, Centennial has been rotating quarterbacks Anthony Catalano and Nate Ketteringham, and the Huskies (4-2) are only getting better and better.
Ketteringham has passed for 753 yards and eight touchdowns with no interceptions. He’s also run for 225 yards and four touchdowns.
Catalano has passed for 678 yards and eight touchdowns with three interceptions. He’s run for 234 yards and one touchdown.
It takes players who care about the team first over individual accomplishments, and Catalano and Ketteringham appear to be doing just that.
