Football: Downey wins suspended game over Dominguez

A San Gabriel Valley League football game between Downey and Dominguez that was suspended in the third quarter last Friday night because of light issues was completed on Wednesday.
Downey came away with a 27-14 victory.
Downey had led, 13-0, with six minutes left in the third quarter when the lights when out for a final time.
Downey improved to 3-3 and 1-0 in league.
Dominguez dropped to 3-3 and 0-1.
