Football: Lots of news at Gardena Serra

It might be the football off season, but at Gardena Serra, things are busier than ever.
The Cavaliers just picked up a 6-foot-4 senior quarterback from Georgia in Caleb Wilson, the son of USC’s new defensive line coach. He will have to beat out promising junior-to-be quarterback Khalil Tate.
Coach Scott Altenberg said lineman Rasheem Green was offered a scholarship by Stanford Coach David Shaw. And Altenberg expects Alabama to offer a scholarship to linebacker John Houston on Thursday.
