Football: Mater Dei maintains No. 1 ranking in Division 1

Going into the final week of the regular season, Mater Dei has maintained its No. 1 ranking in the Southern Section Division 1 football poll.

Corona Centennial is No. 2, St. John Bosco No. 3 and Mission Viejo No. 4. The poll now becomes very important because it is used to determine playoff seedings that will be announced on Sunday.
