Girls’ basketball: Ayanna Clark, Jayla Ruffus-Milner share top All-CIF honor

Ayanna Clark of Long Beach Poly and Jayla Ruffus-Milner of Harvard-Westlake have been named co-players of the year in girls basketball in the Southern Section Open Division.
Melissa Hearlihy of Harvard-Westlake was named coach of the year.
