Track: Tara Davis of Agoura soars to national leading mark in triple jump

Tara Davis of Agoura made the trip to the Texas Relays and came through with a nation-leading mark in the triple jump.
She went 43 feet, 2 inches, setting a Texas Relays record.
The national record is 44-11 3/4.
Davis is slated to compete at next weekend’s Arcadia Invitational at Arcadia High.
