Volleyball: Sylmar duo Wadlow, Galindo trying to win another City title
Morgan Wadlow and Adrian Galindo helped Sylmar win the City Section Division I championship in basketball and now they’re playing key roles for the volleyball team that has reached the City Section Division II semifinals.
Wadlow, a 6-foot-3 middle hitter, has more than 300 kills.
Galindo, a setter, is one of Sylmar’s most versatile athletes. He was Sylmar’s three-point bomber in basketball.
Sylmar plays Eagle Rock on Tuesday in a semifinal match at Eagle Rock.
Somebody better hide the basketballs, because Wadlow and Galindo might try to dunk a few times warming up.
