Time for a Sutter family update: Brandon Sutter, the nephew of Kings Coach Darryl Sutter, is the fifth-leading scorer for the Hurricanes with 12 goals and 22 points in 53 games. Brandon is the son of Flames Coach Brent Sutter. And Brett Sutter, the son of Darryl Sutter, also is in the Carolina system. He scored in the Charlotte Checkers’ 3-1 victory at Oklahoma City on Friday night. Brett Sutter has appeared in 15 games with the Hurricanes this season, recording three assists.
