Arizona: Carson Palmer needs 75 yards to break Neil Lomax’s team mark of 4,614 yards passing, set in 1984. Arizona’s victory at Seattle began its nine-game win streak.

Atlanta: Julio Jones leads the NFL with 127 receptions for 1,722 yards. His eight touch- down catches are two shy of his career-high of 10 in 2012.

Carolina: Quarterback Cam Newton has passed and rushed for a touch- down in the same game 30 times, one short of the NFL record held by Steve Young.

Chicago: Two-time Pro Bowl running back Matt Forte could be playing in his final game in a Bears uniform since his cont- ract expires after this season.

N.Y. Giants: Receiver Odell Beckham Jr. returns after serving a one-game suspension for dangerous play. He has 91 catches for 1,396 yards and 13 touchdowns.

Philadelphia: Offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur will coach in the finale following Chip Kelly’s termination. Kelly was 26-21 as Philadel- phia’s head coach.

San Francisco: The 49ers have lost nine games by double figures, tied for the second-most in franchise history behind 10 in 2004.

Seattle: Doug Baldwin is the first Seahawks player to have a 1,000-yard receiving season since Bobby Engram in 2007. He’s tied for the most TD catches in the NFL (14).

St. Louis: Rookie running back Todd Gurley’s season will be cut short by a foot injury. He rushed for 1,106 yards with 10 touchdowns in 13 games.

Tampa Bay: The Buccaneers have not been to playoffs since 2007 and have not won a playoff game since their Super Bowl victory over the Raiders in 2002.

Washington: Kirk Cousins is the first Redskins quarterback with 300 yards passing, four touchdown passes and no interceptions in consecutive games.
